How do I clean my glass mousepad?
Mix a small amount of dish soap or glass cleaner with water. Then, use a soft cloth and gently wipe the surface of the mousepad. Wipe dry before using again.
Can I use glass feet or other hard-style feet?
We do not recommend using glass feet, as they may damage the feet or the mousepad. We recommend using PTFE feet instead.
I missed one of your drops. Can I still buy it?
All of our drops are limited editions, and each GLSSWRKS glass mousepad is uniquely serialized. Purchases are available only while supplies last. To receive early announcements of future releases, please follow us on our social media channels.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide from the USA. Please note that customs fees may apply to international orders. For local purchasing options, visit the store page on our website or check the 'retailers' channel on our Discord server.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Our pre-orders are made-to-order, ensuring that we produce precisely the quantity requested. Cancellations during the pre-order period are free of charge.
